Polar-Cool PS Blue, Pure Synthetic Coolant, 5 gal pail
Polar-Cool PS Blue, Pure Synthetic Coolant is a light to medium duty, true solution type, synthetic cutting and grinding coolant.
It is not an emulsion type product, which enables it to provide superior sump life with little maintenance.

It is compatible for use on all ferrous and some non-ferrous metals.
It is not recommended for use on aluminum, copper containg alloys due to staining, but in some instances can be used if part is washed within a short period of time.
It should be tested prior to determine compatibility.
It is not recommended for use on magnesium or its alloys.
It is 100% tramp oil rejecting and will separate them to the top of the sump where it can be easily removed.
This enhances product stability be helping eliminate a food source for bacteria.
This true solution chemistry also allows for much greater hard-water salt stability, eliminating hard water salt deposits and sludge formation in the coolant tank.
Polar-Cool PS Blue was designed to provide moderate lubrication, be extremely low foaming and provide good rust protection even when used at low concentrations.
This product contains no hazardous materials and is safe to use.
PACKAGING
Polar-Cool PS Blue is available in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, 275 gallon totes and bulk quantities.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
For most applications, Polar-Cool PS Blue should be used in an operating range of 5 – 10% (20:1 – 10:1) for machining and 4 – 5% (25:1 – 20:1) for grinding.
The concentrate can be added to water or directly to system with little agitation.
