Description

CalSpex 5.3 Calibration Control Software

Calspex 5.3

Calspex is a procedure based calibration program. The software guides you through the calibration process, during which you only enter the required information when prompted. The calibration report generated at the end of the process is concise and informative. Reports are automatically saved to disk. Printing hardcopies is optional.

Customize for your Gage Types:

Calspex ships with a pre-defined set of “Gage Types”. These gage types tell the software how to calibrate a specific kind of gage. Each gage type can be modified to suit your existing calibration procedures and practices.

You can create an unlimited number of new gage types for custom gages, fixtures, or gages that we don’t support out of the box.

Thread Support:

The integrated Thread Calculator can be used when calibrating threaded plugs and thread rings to quickly and accurately calculate all thread dimensions. Simply provide the software with the thread form, nominal diameter and pitch, and the software will calculate your master dimensions for that thread. The calculator accommodates non-standard thread wire sizes, special threads, and custom length of engagements
