NEW Design Ligthweight Saddle Gage for operator ease of use, and to lessen operator fatigue.
Saddle Gage measures the amount of hook or bend at the end of a joint of pipe.
This is part of the dimensional inspection requirements for casing, tubing, and line pipe threads
specified in the API Spec 5B standard.
Gagemaker’s Lightweight Tubing Saddle gage has been reduced in weight and shortened to 32″ OAL.
The Saddle V-Blocks have been lightened & shortened for use with all Tubing Pipe diameters from 1.660″ to 4-1/2″,
Gagemaker has replaced the RC-375 Roller with a T.250 carbide ball for smoother operation.
Dial Indicator placement can be setup for either L.H. or R.H. operator usage.
Finally, the indicator is a 1″ travel Mitutoyo dial indicator with a slotted back for easy replacement and adjustment.
