RP6512, 12-1/4″ Continuous Long Stroke Bucking Unit
The RP6512 bucking unit is a rugged, self-contained continuously rotating unit designed to accurately make up or break out the threaded connections on tubular components, such as oil and gas well drilling tools, casing, tubing, and similar components, without damaging threads.
This bucking unit is user-friendly and can be safely and efficiently operated by one person, with simple and minimal maintenance. The RP6512 is custom-manufactured to meet customer needs, and include a hydraulic power unit and choice of length of skid.
Additional options include WINCATT® torque turn monitoring system, hydraulic support stands, vises, push-pull assemblies, extension beams, and much more.
The RP6512 has a thinner case and smaller double chain versus the triple chain of the RP6012, which makes for less expensive maintenance and easier handling.
