Pre-owned  Granite Base/Ceramic Bridge CMM with Renishaw  PH10M Plus Probe with TP20        

The PH10M PLUS and PH10MQ PLUS are motorized indexing heads that  re-orientate the probe repeatably to any one of 720 positions at 7.5° increments.                Autojoint mount for repeatable probe positioning

The TP20 is a compact 5-way, or 6-way, kinematic touch-trigger probe system.

The UCC CMM controller has the capability of:

Controlling three axes of a CMM (accepting digital read-head signals)

Accepting input signals from air pressure, contactor feedback and all axis inner and outer travel limit switches.

Accepting two uncommitted general purpose input signals and generating one uncommitted general purpose output signal.

Directly supporting the TP1, TP2, TP6, TP20 touch-trigger probes. Indirectly supporting the TP200 via an external PI 200-3 interface.

Providing a +24 Volt supply for use by the CMM switches.

        Complete rewire of CMM system & integration with Renishaw controller.

Complete air hose line replacement for air bearing operation

Remove and replace all airlines with new hose and connectors.
